What does small batch production mean?

A small batch production business is all about manufacturing products in limited quantities with a focus on quality and customization vs mass producing large volumes of identical products. What's great about this is that it allows for greater flexibility in design, quicker response to market trends, and the ability to cater to specific customer needs. 

What if a product sells out?

When stock sells out, that item will remain out of stock until I replenish the stock. I will announce each item as it goes out of stock as well as when items are restocked. Because of small batch production, this will keep all items fresh and of the highest quality. 

Are we able to place backorders?

Not at this time, but will consider it in the future.

How do the preorders work?

Each preorder will be open for approximately 2 weeks. Once the preorder is closed I begin crafting the perfumes (or products) to ensure the utmost highest quality. Preorders will then begin shipping--with tracking information--in batches. 

Are officially licensed scents only available via the preorders?

Yes. At this time, all officially licensed scents will only be available during the preorder. 

Will the officially licensed scents be available in other products?

Yes. After all preorder shipments have been completed, I will open the shop for other products in that scent for a short time.

For example, after all Blossom Perfume preorder shipments have been completed, Blossom will be a scent option for all other products in the shop. 

Will there be any type of announcements leading up to new scents/preorders?

Absolutely! I will announce each new officially licensed scent 2 weeks before the preorder goes live. 

Do you only offer officially licensed scents?

No, I offer several other custom scents that have nothing to do with book characters or fictional worlds. 

What if I have allergies?

Please let me know if you are interested in a product but notice the ingredients may be something you are allergic or sensitive to! I have worked hard to craft and formulate my products so I might customize them based on a customer's needs. For example, the perfume roll-on is available in three different oil bases so that if you are allergic to nuts, you can skip the almond oil base and choose between fractionated coconut oil or jojoba oil. It may not be feasible to customize every product for every allergenic need.
